That's the usual starting point. You don't need to tidy anything up first - we build from what you've got, and 14 days later it's live.

Does it work with my coaching app?

Yes. Core runs alongside Trainerize, Everfit, Kahunas - your clients stay where they are.

What other subscriptions do I need?

Usually fewer than you've got now. Your coaching app stays. Core replaces the form tool, the CRM and the automation tool - most coaches cancel those on the way in.

I've got coaches - is this for me?

Yes. Every coach gets their own board and login, and you or your VA can see any of them - or everyone at once.

What do you need from me?

Your words, your images and your client list at the start - then answers when we ask. That's it. The 14 days start when that lands.

What happens to my current clients?

Nothing switches over until you're ready. We build alongside what you have, and your current setup keeps running the whole time. On day 14, five or six clients you pick run it for a week. You tell us what you want changed, and when you're happy, everyone switches. And if it's not right, we make it right.

Do I have to change my check-in questions?

No. Your questions, your wording. Your coaching doesn't change - the sending does.

I'm not a tech person - will I cope?

You open one thing, and it's the easy bit. Everything that makes it work sits behind it, and that's our job.

What if I want something changed?

One Slack message - a form, an email, a question - and it's usually done the same day.

What does the monthly fee cover?

Keeping everything running, sorting anything that comes up, and making the tweaks you ask for.

Who owns it all?

You do - you own all of it, you just don't have to run it. Your data, your contracts, your domain. If you ever move on, it all comes with you.
